2. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer engaging our services, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your service agreement being confirmed — without giving any reason.

The 14-day cancellation period begins on the date your agreement is signed or confirmed in writing.

Important — if work has already started: If you request that we begin work before the 14-day cancellation period has expired, and you later choose to cancel, you will be required to pay for any services already delivered up to that point, calculated on a pro-rata basis. If the service is fully completed within the 14-day period with your consent, the right to cancel no longer applies.

3. Refund Eligibility

We will issue a refund in the following circumstances:

• You cancel within 14 days of your agreement being confirmed and no work has commenced — a full refund will be issued.
• You cancel within 14 days and work has already started — a partial refund will be issued reflecting the value of services not yet delivered.
• We fail to deliver the agreed services within a reasonable timeframe.
• The services delivered materially differ from what was agreed in your proposal or Statement of Work.

We are unable to offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• The cancellation request is made after the 14-day cooling-off period has expired.
• The agreed services have been fully delivered and signed off by you.
• Delays or unsatisfactory outcomes result from information, platform access, or approvals not provided by the client in a timely manner.
• Results are affected by factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, advertising platform policy decisions, or broader market conditions.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request:

2. Include your full name, the service(s) involved, and the reason for your request.
3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

Once your request has been reviewed:

• We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

5. Service Concerns and Disputes
